I must say I am! Especially when I don't have to fix the first one. Kevin decided he was tired of his granola for breakfast (after I bought the requested number of bags so now we have lots of granola left over). He is now making
scrambled eggs and fried potatoes every morning. The delightful part is that he makes enough for me too! We enjoy a nice warm breakfast together, which he makes while I am doing other things. And it's not just plain scrambled eggs. He cuts up onion, green pepper, and tomato. He then sautes them and then adds the scrambled eggs. The potatoes he just cuts up, fries in a little oil with salt and pepper. He actually makes them first so they get set aside while he makes the eggs. Then he fries them up again in butter to warm them up and crisp them up a bit. It is all delicious but the potatoes are my favorite. After eating a yummy breakfast, we read our scriptures, have family prayer and he leaves to study. Then I get to make the kids breakfast - and I eat as well. I'm hungry a lot more these days so it seems to be working out nicely. I'm just glad I don't have to make both. Thanks, honey, for sharing your breakfast with me! OH, and when you're done being a doctor, you can go to school to become a chef, and that would be fine with me!
