Destructo baby strikes again!

I'm not kidding... although it could probably be worse. Kemiah is such a destructive little girl. She tears out the binding on books, tears the pages out, chews on them and eats them up! She colors everywhere - table, chairs, walls, floor, books, and who knows where else! She has chewed and sucked on several mechanical pencils enough that it causes them to no longer function and we have to toss them out. She eats erasers if given the chance. She pulls out the stuffing in her yarn balls to have a fuzzy while she sucks her thumb. She has also torn the stuffy out of a baby doll diaper and, believe it or not, she likes to pull at the couch too. Today, she broke the plug to a fan that we already had to replace once because she broke the original plug. Luckily she's not really terrible and hasn't broken her crib or any windows but she may be the cause of damage to the closet doors that are coming off their hinges and no longer shut correctly! It's a phase, right? She'll grow out of it, right? Did we just not spend enough time teaching her the proper way to handle things? It certainly adds some spice to life!
