Doctor visit and weigh in

So, Ben complained that his ear hurt on Saturday. It was sort of sudden and really painful so I wasn't sure what it could be. He did have the sniffles so I figured his ear got infected (I know I already mentioned this in a previous post). So I took him to the clinic. I had called in the morning to get an appointment - 10:20, that will work great. Oh wait, she was looking at the scedule for Tuesday. There was nothing available for Monday so she said we should just come in... That worried me. Luckily, when we got there, they took us right in. The nurse looked in his ear and said it was infected. While we were waiting for the doctor I decided to weigh everyone and see how tall they are. It's something I used to do all the time back in the States with a scale at home and my measuring tape. I haven't been as good here. Oh well. So here's how we measured in:
Ben: 41 pounds, 3' 8.5"
Marissa: 42 pounds, 3' 6"
Emily: 36.5 pounds, 3' 5"
Xiomara: 29 pounds, 2' 11.5"
Kemiah: 25 pounds, 2' 8.5"
Jacquelle: 118, 5' 4"
I lost weight when we got here and figured I had just leveled off and was now maintaining. I was a little worried that I had gained weight so I stepped on the scale. I was happy to see the weight was fine and I am now worried about what will happen when we return to the States and I have my car and we are driving everywhere. I may have to join a gym and actually exercise! No, I'll have my elliptical machine and I'll be able to do that again, at home! Either way, I will have to do something to stay where I am but at least I'm starting off at a good point!
