Sort of like a moose...

While we lived in Alaska, at our first house, we had moose that ran around our yard. We may not see them but they left proof either by pooping in our yard or eating the bushes. Well, here it's a little different but sort of the same. At first the cows were outside the yard but it has found it's way into the yard a couple times this week. I want to go out and pet it but those horns are keeping me back. I'm just afraid of what the big animal will do... although it seems scared of me so it might just run away. The kids loved running around the house to look out the windows to watch the cow eat the grass. Ben and Marissa both were excited to tell me, "The cow peed in the pile of brown grass and pooped in the green grass." Great, that's not like moose poop.... And that's probably enough talk about poop. So anyway, I found myself drawn outside to take some pictures, just like with the moose in Alaska. So now I'm sharing the pictures with you.

Just thought I'd toss this one in for good measure. I really like it. I have gained a fondness for taking pictures of plants - they hold still (unless the wind is blowing).
