New Years Day Fun!

We went to the beach! What a way to start off the year. I spent the morning napping, along with Kemiah and Xiomara, while Kevin took the older kids and his Mom on a tour of campus and stuff. When they got home we had lunch and then headed out to the pool. Unfortunately, when we got there the guy was cleaning it and said it couldn't be used until Sunday. Time for plan B - head down to the beach. Everyone really enjoyed it. The weather was perfect and the waves were strong enough to ride so everyone had floaties and just rode in and out on the waves. Kemiah stayed on the sand and I didn't venture too far into the water. Someday I'll have to bring my snorkeling gear and actually get wet. I've done it before so it can't be that bad. I will take it next time. Enjoy the pictures and make some plans to enjoy this new year!
