Second Semester Complete

I am excited to announce the unofficial news that Kevin completed and passed second semester! He has the unofficial scores from his mini 3 test (the last test on the information for this semester) but is still waiting on the scores for all the shelf tests. Those have to be sent away and complied and calculated and curved with all the other medical students everywhere. It might take a while but hopefully we'll have the results back before 3rd semester starts. He has already gotten started on his new classes, getting organized and wanting to get a good start on pharmacology. We will celebrate with some friends tomorrow at our house. You are all invited, if you'd like to come. It feels good to progress and it's sort of crazy that we have been here for almost 8 months. Believe it or not that went by fast. Another 8 months and we'll be done with the first two years of academics. That doesn't leave much time for a visit so you better get planning. We'd love to show you the sights around our little island. I guess I'll understand if you don't make it. It's a hard island to get to, costs a lot, and it's a 3rd world country... Speaking of 3rd - did I mention Kevin moves on to his 3rd semester in a couple weeks?! Way to go Kevin!
