The black spots.

As I was getting ready for bed last night I noticed black specs all over my arms. They didn't just rub off. I had to scrape at them. Then I remembered looking at Kemiah's face at dinner and wondering how she got the side of her face so dirty. I started to wonder what it could possibly be and called Kevin to come look at it. That's when I remembered what had happened earlier in the day. The kids and I were walking home from Tina's. They are still working on the road and we had to get out of the way because the black liquid "tar" truck was coming down spraying the road. We got to the other side of the road and continued home. We ended up with speckles of that stuff all over us. I looked at Ben today and he has some spots, too. I'm glad I was able to figure out what the spots were and I stopped worrying about some sickness we might have. Guess we'll just have to be more careful when the tar truck is out.
