The youngest is talking!

Kemiah is really starting to say several words and I can understand her.

She has the simple ones down:

uh-oh

up

hi

whoa

wow

NO

bye

mommy

daddy

But now she has started to add to her vocabulary things like this:

help me

not working

water (actually said "waga")

banana ("nana")

shower

diaper

shoe

sit

eat

see it

please ("pees")

nap

And tonight at dinner she mimicked her sisters who were saying:

disgusting (luckily they weren't talking about

the food we were eating)

She is really taking off and learning a lot.

The other kids love it when she copies them so I have tried to help them understand how important it is that we teach her the

nice things to say.

Now, she obviously doesn't say them clear as a bell but she says them close enough that I understand what she is saying.

I have even heard her try to say her siblings names.

I always love it when they can say the other kids' names.
