That's the nick name for the area in which we now live. And this is why...
There are always cows roaming the neighborhood. Marissa once counted 7 just on the walk from our house to the main road, and it's not a really long way. Both these cows were in our next door neighbors yards. We thought they were tied but they aren't so they have moved around the area a bit. The white birds stick around the cows to eat the bugs. It is fun to watch them and I love to hear the cows moo. I guess we traded goats and chickens for cows. Seems like a fair enough trade to me.
Onto another topic.... Kevin got his results back from his final test. He ended up with a very high B in anatomy (like painfully close to an A) and A's in all the other subjects. He feels okay with that because, as he put it, "I didn't put A effort into anatomy." And the other "item" on Kevin is that he may have broken his little toe on his left foot. He was playing with the kids, and was chasing Emily. She slowed down and his little toe met her heel. He hobbled around for a bit right after it happened and now it's swollen and purple. He said it doesn't hurt today and we are hoping for a full recovery by next Thursday so we can start hiking around the island with his mom.

When we lived in Scotland there were always sheep around. I really missed the bleeting of the sheep when we moved...I wonder if it will be the same for you and mooing? Hehe.
