Rolls! I can make rolls!

The love of bread in our family continues. I decided I could try to make our bread recipe but instead of making loaves I would just make round rolls. Instead of adding the wheat flour I used all white flour. Oh, and I added some butter to the dough. I put the round balls in glass pans and then put the pan on top of a metal cookie sheet, in hopes of keeping the bottoms from getting too done. It worked out great and we all love them. I was just proud of myself for making it work! It just added one more thing I know my family will eat. Now I just need to figure out the whole veggie, fruit and calcium bit.
