On our way home.

We had just made a trip to James' store and what should we find in the road? Yes, we did see lots of cows but we had seen those on the way out to the store. This time we were lucky enough to find a dead snake in the road. Now, it wouldn't be noteworthy except that my children were very fascinated. "We've never seen a dead snake before!" They gathered around it and eventually Marissa touched it. That, of course, gave everyone else courage to touch it as well. They liked to feel the scaly skin. They even rearranged it a couple times. I finally had Marissa pick it up and put it in the grass on the side of the road. I just had to laugh, and share it with you.... although I'm not sure you'll enjoy it as much as they did. Yes, I had them wash their hands when got home.
