Weirdo!

I had a funny conversation with Ben - something he does really well. It went something like this:

Ben - "Wouldn't it be neat if this had a gun and then I could shoot...."

Me - (laugh) "Why is it boys always think things are better if there is a gun attached? I guess all boys do it so you're not weird. You're a normal boy."

Ben - "You were weird when you were a kid. Girls don't normally like helicopters. You're a weirdo."

Me - (laughing really hard, and yes, I always wanted to fly a helicopter)

When we told Kevin about the conversation during dinner time all my daughters said, "I like helicopters." So I told Ben I was normal after all. He smiled and called me a weirdo again. Boys sure are silly!
